With more than 30 years experience in residential, commercial and industrial real estate, Neil knows too well how the financial welfare of his clients depends on the professionalism of his staff.

Neil has been an Office Principal for 25 years and was named outstanding Principal in Real Estate for New South Wales in 1996.

With a wide range of real estate experience he is regarded as an expert in subdivision and Englobo development work, he is recognised as a Go-To man in all facets of that demanding discipline and can be called on to advise clients on such specialist subjects as Design Construct Developments through to the full gambit of Commercial, Industrial and Shopping Centre Management!

Neil lists and sells property every day, never asks someone to do anything he wouldn’t do and is never too busy to consult with staff.

Typically, he stands behind his firm, but always leads from the front.

Over the 3 years she has encorporated new systems and procedures as well as helping to improve staff awareness, training and interaction. Kathleens experience in quality systems is proving invaluable to improve our efficiency and effectiveness in the sales and administration process and improving uniformity of standard procedures across the group.

Combine 10 years working in various administration positions with 8 years bookkeeping she is ready to assist our office staff and suppliers with a great positive attitude.
